I'm Jubin, a real-estate developer, motorcycle builder and Angeleno of more than 40 years. I designed and built this entire five-story building from the ground up: five exclusive, entirely private residences, each occupying its own full floor. The residence you're booking is my own personal level — the one I designed for myself, furnished for myself, and lived in myself. Now, I'm opening its doors to guests who appreciate design, privacy, and a genuinely personal LA experience.


After decades of building major projects across Los Angeles, this building is my most personal work. Every line, every material, every piece of furniture was chosen by my own hand — no staging company, no generic "luxury" package. What you see in the photos is exactly what I live with: designer furnishings, original artistic details, and a level of craftsmanship that only comes from an architect building for himself.
